Once your booking is complete, I shall contact you to arrange a suitable time and the consultation will be delivered through zoom.

Following your Bespoke Holistic consultation I shall prepare a blend of Nikki B bespoke products to include:

3 x 10ml of your chosen essential oils for you to use at home, this will mean that you can continue to produce variation blends using your chosen oils that best reflect your mood.

1 x 10ml rollerball - Roller ball bottles are an ideal way to create aromatherapy blends for use at home. These can be applied to pulse points or place a couple of drops into the palm of one hand, rub your palms together and cup your hands to breathe in the aroma.

1 x 50ml Oil Blend – Using some of my favourite and luxurious carrier oils, your bespoke oil blend will be suitable to use as a luxury skincare product full of nourishing and skin softening properties to help hydrate whilst leaving you with delicately fragrance skin.

In addition the concentrated essential oils can be used to:

Infuse your senses by placing the essential oil on a tissue and inhale or use a diffuser to fill your room with a fabulous fragrance.

Use in blends for massage or to create your own body oil with your personally selected fragrance.

Relax in an aromatic bath with a blend of 2-3 chosen essential oils for their therapeutic properties. Oil and water does not mix so they will need to be added to something that blends with water but I will provide all the suitable suggestions during your consultation helping you to gain the most from your relaxation experience.

We can also incorporate a sprinkle of crystal energy known for their self-empowering properties and to help with abundance, maintain motivation and enhance positivity.

As an Aromatherapist, I’ve been considering how I can combine my knowledge to deliver and share techniques that you can use at home to help with your personal well being and allow some time to nurture the self. This consultation allows time for the self, includes detailed information on how to help bring harmony to our physical, mental and spiritual self. If you have that “out of balance” feeling it can be an indicator of our energy not flowing freely and my experience of working with Aromatherapy oils helps re-harmonise and allows time to be more mindful of our physical bodies, thoughts and feelings in order to reconnect and re-align ourselves

My training in complementary therapies began over 20 years ago and over the years I have extensively researched and continued developing my professional skills, I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge and training with you.

 A 30 minute appointment booking is for Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage Treatments. Any other treatment required as from the below treatment menu please select and book in for a one hour appointment time slot. I shall confirm booking details and preferred treatment by return email. Aromatherapy
The essential oils that aromatherapists use to treat conditions are complex substances containing many chemical components. The oils are extracted from flowers, leaves, roots, peel, resin or bark.

When you inhale essential oils, this stimulates your olfactory system - the part of the brain connected to smell. A signal is transferred to your brain's limbic system that controls emotions and stores and retrieves learned memories. This triggers chemicals to be released.

These are thought to have different effects, causing you to feel relaxed or stimulated. In addition, the gentle massage often used to apply the diluted oils to your skin is likely to have a relaxing effect.

Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a complementary therapy that uses the innate energy of crystals and gemstones to help restore balance into our stressful lives. Everything has an innate energy whether it is static or in motion. The crystalline make-up contains lively electromagnetic energies that exists all around us.

It is a holistic treatment, whereby you are nurturing the whole self and working on areas of imbalance. In doing so, I will focus on the overall physical body - not necessarily where the symptoms are located to create an inner harmony which will reflect on the outer and may help to re-instate health within the physical body.

Consultations can be enjoyed as a single relaxation session or a course may be recommended depending on your body's requirements.

What to Expect?
Each consultation will commence with an introduction as to what will occur and an overview of what the client can expect. The initial consultation establishes any medical history and the reasons for the consultation; the consultation can then be adapted to suit your needs.
